My City My Block

My Block, My Hood, My CIty is an organization tackling anything and everything to set their Chicago community up for success. From senior care initiatives to working with youth, they create an awareness of opportunities and deeper connections that empower their community, their block, their hood and their city to be better and do better.

E.G. Woode

E.G. Woode is an incubator that fights funding disparities to help minority business owners reach new heights. They help to recruit talent, scale entrepreneurial endeavors and launch local businesses that they incubate as they scale. Through their time and resources they implement strategies to make a great impact on dreams of local entrepreneurs and their community. 

Trinity Volunteer Corp

Trinity Volunteer Corps is a Chicago nonprofit that promotes inclusion through community volunteerism and engagement for adults with disabilities.

First Tee Oakland

For over 25 years, First Tee Oakland has worked with trained golf coaches to provide impactful life and volunteering experiences to local youth while golfing on the green. Their organization teaches overcoming adversity and character building in innovative ways that help young people feel positive, confident and ready to take on the world. 

Tri City Health Partnership

In 2001, Tri City Health made its mission to provide quality health care to members of their community no matter their economic background. Through compassion, care and health equity initiatives, they educate people to have better life choices in order to promote preventive care for an underserved community.
