A. Gregory Hunt, Founder & CEO

A. Gregory Hunt founded Willing to Hunt, LLC, a boutique executive recruiting firm, in 2001 and specializes in conducting retained and contingency searches for experienced professionals in the financial services industry. He began his career in executive recruiting with Account Pros in California, where he performed searches in the accounting and finance industry. He spent over 10 years in the Accounting, Audit, and Finance fields before founding Willing to Hunt.

Willing to Hunt was born out of the need to switch from focusing on numbers to focusing on connecting people. He'd hear things like, "you are relentless, you never give up, and you stay connected."  Bringing people together and watching new relationships blossom was tremendously rewarding for Greg. Now, over 2 decades later, he is more fired up about creating new and meaningful connections than ever.

Greg's passion to help others succeed and enact positive change can be seen in areas far beyond his work. He has served on several non-profit advocacy boards as Resource Development Chair and Regional President, and previously sat on the Board of Trinity High School and Old St. Patrick’s Church.
